Such changes do not affect the authenticity or quality of the product and shall not be considered defects.

4. Product Images & Descriptions

We strive to display product descriptions, specifications, colors, and images as accurately as possible.

However, actual product colors and appearance may vary depending on:

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Briva reserves the right to:

  • Notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Issue a full refund for any unavailable product using the original payment method.

Briva shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from product unavailability.

6. Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through Briva constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders become final only after payment has been successfully authorized and Briva confirms acceptance of the order.

Briva reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Decline any order.
  • Limit purchase quantities.
  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
  • Refuse orders that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified and any eligible payment will be refunded.

 

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

If Briva is unable to fulfill an order for any reason, the customer will be notified, and any eligible payment will be refunded using the original payment method.

 

7. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on Briva are shown in the applicable store currency.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Briva reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment authorization cannot be completed successfully.

8. Pricing Errors

Although every reasonable effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, pricing or technical errors may occasionally occur.

Briva reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, the customer will be notified promptly and any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Briva works with trusted suppliers and logistics partners to fulfill and deliver customer orders.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on product availability, destination, customs procedures, shipping carriers, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Briva does not guarantee specific delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, customs authorities, or unforeseen events.

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

10. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Product prices displayed on Briva do not include customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (where applicable outside Saudi Arabia), brokerage fees, or any other government charges imposed by the destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by local authorities before delivery.

Briva has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount, as they vary by country and local regulations.

Failure to pay customs duties or refusal to accept delivery shall not qualify the order for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

11. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by Briva's Refund Policy.

Briva does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered in terms of color, size, or design.

To request a return, customers must contact Briva via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, labels, and tags.

Requests submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.

If a claim is approved, Briva will provide instructions regarding the return, replacement, or refund process.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Briva website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, product descriptions, images, videos, website design, layouts, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Briva or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, displayed, or otherwise used without Briva's prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Briva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of products through our services.

Briva's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Briva shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to:
